Flow not triggering when activated and record updated but Test Flow working correctly

 Hi,

Can anyone help with the following issue please?

I've created a Flow to run when a record is created or updated in the Business Units table when Approver field 1 changes or Approver field 2 changes or Approver field 3 changes etc and Active = true, then I've set run trigger Only if not currently running.

The flow properties I have set Run As: System User.

When I click Test and set the Business Unit, Field Name and current and previous values and run the flow is running as expected.

However if I update a record in the Business Units table the flow doesn't appear to run. I can see an entry in the Events Queue but the processing duration is c.100 whereas when I Run Test it's c.2000.

Can anyone see where I'm going wrong?

Can you please share more details like screenshot of trigger condition and flow execution.

I've found the flow execution now so will see if I can work out what's wrong - thanks for your help
