Flow Trigger twice

I'm use flow to REST.

When Approval record created or updated, trigger works.

Problem is it triggered twice.

Hi,

How do you mean ,triggered twice? Can you give an example, or show?

Based on your image, I would guess that first trigger is when the approval is created, then the state is Requested. The second trigger is when the state is changed to Approved or Rejected.
