Hi folks,
I want to give a follow up for the assigned to person based on the date and time given in the Follow up field, i saw some OOB option related to creating a reminder email for that assigned to person by himself.
is there any way to show an alert / pop up to inform the user 15 mins prior to that date and time in Follow up field? (Ex: Outlook meeting reminder before 15 mins)

Hi Lars Rottmann and Prajakta Naik,
we started using the Private task module, create a private task for himself and mark a followup time in that.
And created a workflow to change the status of that private task to " In progress" before 15 minutes of that follow up time.
Even if that particular agent logs in /not the status will change to In progress and some one from Servicedesk can do a follow up if that user is not available.
This is just a solution with OOB, without sending any email. my funda is to notify that group atleast if that user is not there.
Since business accepted it.
