Hi,
In Service Portal, we set font from Times New Roman to Open Sans through widget CSS.
It is working as expected when we impersonate the end user. But when the end user tests from his end, he can see older font(Times New Roman) instead Open Sans.
What may be the reason?
Any help is much appreciated, Thanks!!
