For a closed incident, one field should be editable by a certain group

Hi,
My requirement is, for a closed incident, I should be able to edit a field. I am getting an error 'Invalid update. Record has been deleted or you no longer have access to read.' Kindly help.

Hi @Community Alums ,
There might be a business rule for this that is restricting to update fields on the incident table once it is closed. You need to modify that in order to complete your requirement.
