Hi All,

Currently  as per OOB functionality , when the WO state is in awaiting qualification , WOT is created , need to customize this as per the requirement below,

For a few templates in Field service management in  ServiceNow , when the work order(WO) state is draft , Work order task need to be created.

how to achieve this.

I don't get your point as you can define for each WO template all WOT that should be automatically created when creating a WO from template.

I have found out the OOB BR running behind that and completed that Requirement.
