For any user login session.established event script action showing system user
Event : session.established
Script action
gs.log(gs.getUserName());//giving system user for any user login

Are you sure? I am getting the correct values when I tried to login and cross verify.
URL : https://demo001.service-now.com/
Username and Password : abel.tuter
Now logout and login as admin and check the logs.....
Script Action to Check :'Test Action'

i am also getting correct when i am trying with the demo instances, but in my instance it is always showing system user for any user login?
Please let me know the problem
