For some of the incident records, it show's "No Activity"

While for other records it show's, tried access analyzer, script tracer & debugger, nothing seem to came out of it.

Why is this happening? and, fix to this?

Would appreciate anything on this.

This is the response we got when we raised it to HI.

Regarding PRB1893483,
Short description :
No activity displayed in UI16 when a blank journal event as added to the activity stream

Steps to reproduce :
1. Go to a workspace incident
2. Enter a space in the compose. Save the incident
3. Go to the same incident in UI16
4. Note that the activity stream shows no activities and the compose is missing

Expected behavior: the activity stream and compose display properly

There is no workaround available but the fix versions are as follows :
Xanadu Patch 9a, Xanadu Patch 10, Zurich, Yokohama Patch 5, Yokohama Patch 3 Hot Fix 3

The affected instance version is Xanadu Patch 9
