Hi all,
I have a view rule that changes the views based on company or some other conditions. Is there a way to remove "sysparm_view_forced=true" part from URL when View Rules forces the view? Or are there any settings I could change to:
1. Change the view as per condition in View Rule
2. Still allow users to change to their views if they want to

I believe all you need to do is turn off the "Overrides user preference" on the view rule to do what you are asking.

Hi,
Unfortunately, did not work. sysparm still comes back as true and it says "View forced by a View Rule".
Best wishes

Hi
I'm not sure why you want to have a view rule if you "Still allow users to change to their views if they want to"
Kind regards
Maik

So that ITIL users would have a choice to change views as per their job needs. The script would essentially show them the correct view, but it would be up to them if they want to change it to some other view in case they need some different fields.
