Form Builder missing in Additional Actions

Hi all.  Newbie here.  Not sure if this is the right form to ask.  I'm working on my CSA Fundamentals in NowLearning.  Section 4 - Create tables.  Instructions in the Xanadu Fundamentals course instruct me to use Form Builder. I cannot find it anywhere in "Additional Actions" menu.  Did I miss something somewhere?  Thanks everyone.

Form Builder is available after San Diego release so do check if your instance is same or higher version.

Do try to clear cache of instance.

Since it will be a lab instance, I advise you to raise a support case with Now learning support team. They will help you address this issue.

Thanks Viraj. That was the issue. My instance was out of date. Quit the instance, restarted and everything came back updated to xanadu.

What you click in is called an Addition Action only. See the help text in my screenshot. Nothing is missing. [ these 3 line are called additional Actions]
