Form Layout Question

Hello Everyone,

I have question about form layout.

Is there a way that this related list in Project Table can be added on the Project Field ?

I want to add that record on this below field under Project Manager but Not possible to use dot walk to show the stakeholder data like "Solution Architect" btw this stake holder is on the project table already but in a TAB setup.

You may need to create a relationship record y navigating to System Definitions->Relationship and then add that relationship using Related List in that table.

Actually its already on the related list. however I want to add that data into form layout list on Project Table. like on the screenshot below in 2nd picture.

If you can show sample maybe its better.

Since it is a one to many relation, you can't add it as a field on the form.

But if you want to add the list to the form, you can do that using the form Layout. 

Adding a List to the form is called embedded list. So right click on the header, select Configure->Form Layout and then in the form layout search for that Related List 'Stakeholders' and add it to the form you want to add it to.

Actually I do that already but yes this option can be but it seems we cannot filter out the data shows on the stakeholders. 

Its always show all data.
