Form Layout

I am currently moving an update set from one instance to another.   None of my fields are showing on the form itself so I am attempting to configure it.   I am just guessing that form designs/layouts will not capture in update sets?   What I'm confused about is that I cannot use Configure --> Form Layout, I get a blank box for available fields (see image below).   I can use Configure --> Form Design and all of my fields appear.   Any suggestions?

That seems very odd to me.

1. Changes made to a form whilst in an update set usually do get caught in an update set

2. Unless all fields for that table are already on the form, then you should see them listed on the available side

Just a hunch, but this sniffs of a rendering / client side issue to me. Have you verified this issue in another browser against the same instance?

I'd advise raising a HI ticket in this scenario. From what you've said, something sounds very wrong! Keep us posted though

Is this changes to an existing form or a new form ?

It is a new form/table.

This had happened to me a long time back. The workaround was to change something on the form layout inorder to recapture the form layout changes and migrate the new update set.
