Form values changes are not getting saved

I am facing a weird sort of issue. Whenever we are trying to save the form changes on few records, it is not getting saved. But the even weirder part is the changes are being reflected on activity history without the corresponding values being saved on form.

Has anyone faced such a issue?

The form appears to be getting saved when we hit 'update' button and redirection too works fine. I am not receiving any error neither do I have any script that could possible abort action.

We are facing the same issue on a different table which is extending task table.

Hi Kalai,

Were you able to figure out the solution? We're having the same issue, update appearing in the activity log / history of the record, but the value is not getting saved. Didn't find anything which could be affecting that.

This has happened to me too. Via an INC, a tech made a change to the ticket (add notes, change Assigned To and Changed State. The actions were all recorded in the Activity notes. But the changes did not save. Then the next day, I went in and made the exact same changes that were listed in the Activity notes and the changes saved BUT my actions were not recorded. The question is why? We are on Utah.
