Hi All,
Please could anyone help me to resolve the below query.
Modify the fields on SIR form header on Security Incident Response Workspace

Hi @kushaltm ,

 

1.Navigate to UI Builder

  • Go to Now Platform UI → UI Builder (/now/ui-builder).

2.Open the Security Incident Response Workspace

  • Select the SIR Workspace (the name may vary like Security Operations, Security Incident Workspace, etc.).
  • Choose the page used to display a Security Incident record. This is often named like Security Incident Record Page.

3.Locate the Record Header Component

  • In the page layout, find the Record Header component. It usually appears at the top of the page layout.
  • Click on it to open its properties panel.

4.Edit the Header Fields

  • In the component settings, you'll find a configuration for fields to display.
  • You can add, remove, or reorder fields here. For example, you might see fields like:
    • priority
    • risk_score
    • assigned_to
    • state
  • You can add new ones (like category, impact, etc.) or remove any as needed.

5.Save and Publish

  • After making changes, click Save.
  • Then click Publish to apply changes to the live Workspace.

How can I control the list of fields under Details in Service Operation Worksapce
