Formatting removed when importing the KB article from Word Document

Hi All,

I am trying to import the AB article using the import option with Word Document.

It's importing the word document as an article but the formating is not coming properly. Please help me what is the issue and show to remove this.

@ramesh_r Make sure the Word document is not in compatability mode, or that can cause formatting issues.

Also, try a copy and paste (the entire document) directly into a KB record. It should prompt an option asking if you wish to keep formatting or discard.

Select keep formatting and see if the document pastes into the KB article as expected. It's entirely possible the Word document is using some formats that are causing issues
