Please confirm if I have understood you correctly.
You want to show a pop-up message to the members of the assignment group of the Request when the request is created? Also, you want to send an email to all members of the group?
Once we raise a ticket from the portal it should popup that particular assignment group. so I have few catalog items and few different assignment groups. And aslo request on creation, that email must go to whole group/group members.
