from where to get aync br is stuck

I have integration which is triggering through aync br  ,so which triggering when state changes to approve in table , so i have made the 3000 record approved through fix script , from which 50 got processed , i am sure the issue is with aync not trigger from all record becuase of some reasons , but i need to provide artifact , i have went. through sys_event,sys_trigger , transction log , logs unable to find with exact artifact with respect to the business rule which is queue or in ready to show to business people aync br is stuck .. could you please help where to find with any filter to be specifics .. or any other place
