I am having an issue with the FSM Dispatcher Workspace. When a dispatcher goes to the workspace view, they are able to see WOTs, but not their agents under the resources area. The view shows the selected group, the number of resources available, but does not display them. This removes the calendar functionality of being able to drag and drop WOTs to dispatch to technicians. Anyone seen this before or have an idea where to look to resolve this? I toggle the collapse arrow and the arrow changes position, but doesn't show resources when opening.
