Fulfiller user is not able to see comments on ritm after clicking on email notification.

Hi All,
I'm fulfiller user and I have created one RITM and if someone adding comment in that RITM I'm getting email notification and in that notification "View Comment" button is present and after clicking on that button I'm redirecting to notification page where I can see RITM details but the problem is I'm not able to see comments while other fulfiller users are able to see comments.
Please help me with this, I want to see comments.

Check your permissions: Make sure you have the right permissions to view comments. It may be that your permission settings are limiting your access to detailed information.
Check the link in the email: When clicking on the "View comment" button, make sure the link in the email is correctly formatted and is pointing to the correct location in ServiceNow.
Check your notification settings: There may be specific notification settings in ServiceNow that affect how comments are presented in email notifications. Review your notification settings to make sure they are configured the way you need them to be.
Review comment tracking settings: Check for additional settings related to comment tracking in ServiceNow. There may be a setting that controls what information is displayed on the notification page after clicking the "View comment" button.
