Future Date Validation

Hello Everyone , I want a help regarding this below logic:- 

I tried using UI Policy but could only do it for previous dates , present date and tomorrow date but day after tomorrow logic (because it is written present day + 2 days) I am not able to achieve. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please look at https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/add-14-days-to-current-date/m-p/1623697. The post refer to add 14 days to current date, but can easily be modified into 2 days instead.
