g_form.setValue() and g_form.clearValue() not working on HR Agent workspace

I have created a client script for the filed clearing requirement, Its working fine in ITIL view but not working on Agent Workspace.

Tried with these api's g_form.setValue() and g_form.clearValue() .

 

Also tried for timeout function as well.

 

Any solution?
