We are working with our internal Employee Relations team to launch the Employee Relations module in our instance.
As part of this we are looking to take advantage of letter automation. Currently all letters are produced in Word and it's a very manual process.
Is there any solution in place where we can upload a suite of letter templates that can be automatically populated by data from an ER case? These letter templates change on a regular basis so ideally the business team would like to be in control of editing the templates. Also, when a letter is generated, there may be revisions that need to be made, before it's finalised and converted to a PDF e.g. paragraph's may need to be added or removed, wording tweaked etc.
Does anything exist that allows this level of flexibility?
