Generate HR tasks dynamically from flow designer

I have a flow that should create HR tasks based on a variable/field value. Is this possible from flow designer?

I am looking to create HR tasks based on the variable value: Ex: if 1 is selected one HR task. 2 is selected 2 HR tasks etc upto 8.

These tasks you need in sequence or parallel, in case of more than 1?
