Generated RITM Number to appear in a Custom table form field when I Submit in Service Portal

Hello all,
I created a Flow designer (below) to create a new custom record. This works okay.
The challange is getting the generated RITM number to always appear in a newly created record.
I have created a new field called "SNOW Ref" referencing the "sc_req_item" table in the Custom table form "u_security_toolkit".
I will appreciate if someone can be so helpful to asist me with the GlideRecord Script or advise accordingly to achieve my requirement.
