Hello Team,
One of the user has opened one incident on Feb, 2024. However when he is checking now it is not showing. Even we have searched that incident but not able to find it out. He has shared the incident number as well. Kindly help me how to track that incident.

Hi @Moutushi Ghosh1,
Assuming you've checked all the usual Incident list form and global search functionality, have you checked the 'Deleted Records' table?
Type 'Deleted Records' into the Navigation Menu and filter the table column with the table name: incident additionally add the filter where Payload contains the incident number.
This may help you find out if someone has deleted it or not.
