generic_hierarchy ui page not showing tree for incident table with parent as parent_incident

It is only showing single parent node even if I have inserted all the required data in table

Hi @kuldipvpatil ,

Can you please check that parent incident that you attached i.e., INC0000060having child incident, I checked the incident INC0000060 and added child incident(Refer image below)

And now it shows the child in graphic tree structure

Yes I have checked, it is having child incidents.Find attaches ss

Issue is solved those child incidents was not active and state of those was closed

I also applied the filter of active is true, only active true incident can visible.
