Get classic URL

I would like to know the code to get "now/nav/ui/classic/params/targe" in the red line part of the URL in the server side script.

I would like to hide it from the Browse Search popup window, but show it from the list.

I have tried on Incident table for Caller field which refer to User table :

In List control only put Omit new condition field:

**Do not check Omit new button
