get excel file value in MID Server Attachment

I have and export set that run daily and i want to get the excel file generated from MID Server Attachment  table and send via email automatically

Have you placed files on mid server in the shared folder ?

Yes the file is sent to a mid server but i want t get it from servicenow table and send it via email it is possible ?
