Get Help’ on the portal home

When an internal user clicks ‘ Get Help’ on the portal home page they will be taken to an intake form. Please check screenshot i need to show those fields in the form. please do needful

Is the Get Help button already on the portal? If so just change the hyperlink to point to the Create case for a product Record Producer that you showed in the screenshot.

Hello,

 

Please do the below:-

 

On the CSM portal hover over the Get help and use Ctrl + rightclick (do it together) the below should open:-

Now click on Instance option as shown above

 

Then the below should open:-

Now over here change the Type to URL and in the href/url section directly place the URL of the page you sent in your screenshot.

Once done save it. then when now you will click it will take you to the your URL directly.
