Get OAUTH Token only works out of "oauth_2_0_credentials" Record

Hi,

i have SetUp a "oauth_entity" Record, also the Default Profile also the "oauth_2_0_credentials " Record.
Grant Type is password, Instance Version is Yokohama.
If i click on "Get OAUTH Token" related Link out of that "oauth_2_0_credentials " Record, a new Window Pops pup, i Enter Username and PW and get the Token.

If i create a Rest Message in which i would neet that Token and click on "Get OAUTH Token" related Link out of that Rets Message i get: OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. Error detail:Invalid null response.

Why, its the same Profil...
