Get the variable choices from Sharepoint

Hi, is it possible that when user select an Application, the report name will display the list from the Sharepoint?

Sample: User selectAgile PLM to the Application 

Then the Report Name field will display the report name from the sharepoint.

Hi @Vengeful I dont think that's possible , you would need to integrate servicenow with share point and retrieve those values , store it in a table and then you can show those values based on Application name
