get unique records for reporting

Hello All,

I need to create a report which will fetch all the unique Third-party records without duplicate third parties of the state is cancelled from one of the tables, from vendor data table.

Could anyone please share any thoughts on how i can achieve this-

PF shared sc for the vendor data form where we have third party field which is referrencing to core company table.

All suggestions are welcome.

Hi @ujjwala_678 ,

You can just create a report through the report designer with the conditions "state is not cancelled".  Or is there something that I have misunderstood from your questdion?
