Getting comments when changing Parent Incident

Hi,
Whenever I change the Parent Incident field on the incident table, Im getting this comment on the parent incident:
I tried to make all Business rule inactive but Im still getting this comment, how can I stop this or find what responsible for this?

Hi @Alon Grod,
This is from the "Relationship" activities filter on incident.
Uncheck "Relationship" from activities filter to get rid of message.
