Here user is in IST time zone in list view getting date/time in IST time zone but when I Export data in XL format, I am getting date/time field format in system time zone. I want the date/time format in XL sheet should be according to users time zone date/time format.

In XL sheet date/Time format:-
In XL sheet I am expecting date/time as: -07/12/2023 8:19:20 PM but I am getting 12/7/2023 8:19:20 PM. I there any way to get date/time format in XL sheet according to user time zone.

Set the 'Time zone' field of the user profile to 'IST'. Impersonate that user and then export the XL sheet.
The date/time will be according to logged-in user's 'Time zone' field.
