Getting email notification for every 10 minutes

We are email notification for every 10 mints for one of the old requested item that is closed . The log message in the additional comments of RITM is as Log status to RITM - there has been a failure of this decommissioning process. Please try again . May I know why we are getting this message in additional comments of RITM.

Hi @Ankitha4 ,
Check any scheduled job running on RITM table and job is updating comments on RITM. Take the "there has been a failure of this decommissioning process" message and check with script contains in Schedueld jobs, script includes, Business Rules. Check worklfow as well.
