Getting error during "Add attachment to form(SP)" in ATF.

Hello All,

I am currently automating a catalog item where the attachment is mandatory.However ATF is failing.

And faced this error "User does not have permission to attach to record 'ABC' on table 'sc_cat_item'" while using the step "Add attachments to Form(SP)".

Kindly let me know if there is any solution/workaround for the same.                                                                             Note: Attachment mandatory option is checked as TRUE for the catalog item and not part of Variables.

This is happening in Washington instance.

Yes manually works fine for admin user with the same file.

But ATF step fails.
