Getting Error:- HTTP Status 403 - Expected CSRF token not found. Has your session expired?

Hello,

I am doing an integration where i need to send some information from service now instance to customer instance for that i am using REST API,

and put method.

When I testing the method i am getting an error with 403 HttpStatus code and this error is Expected CSRF token not found. Has your session is expired.

I not able to understand this is Service now side error or customer side error.

Please suggest me if you have any solution for this or if you have any idea from where this CSRF token coming from?

Thanks for your valuable suggestion, few day before i am facing this issue but now this issue has been resolved.

I would like to tell you that why this issue is occurring and how i found its solution.This is an which any one can face.

This issue is occurring because of firewall, because of that proper handshaking is not happening between the networks. If any one face this issue then try to establish connection with your mobile device or with dongle or with your personal internet connection. if you able to establish connection with this way then there is an with the firewall and connect with your IT team for firewall issue.
