Hello.
I'm trying to create a multi row variable set for the first time.
I was able to create the variable set, but every time I try to create a variable inside of it, I get 3 error messages.
- Invalid Insert
-Cannot set 'Global' to true for variable in a Multi Row Variable Set
-High priority file type, and if altered it might generate skipped record during next upgrade.
I've tried a reference variable, a single line text, etc.
I get that error every time.
I've watched 3 different youtube videos of people setting this up and they are not receiving any of these errors at all when adding variables.
Am I missing something? It seems straightforward, but it's just not working.

Hi Emily,
Have you tried unchecking the Global box before creating a variable? You might need to add the field to the form, but maybe you have something that is checking this box by default?

I was able to get this working in the Service Portal.
However, when I try to use the form on the backend, I click Add and then a white box pops up but never loads the fields I need to fill out.
Anyone seen this before?

That is odd. Do you happen to have any Catalog Client Scripts or Catalog UI Policies that apply to the Variable Set? Are you using any Variable Set attributes?
