Getting error message while opening Interaction Unable to identify Source Read operation

Hi Everyone,

 

I have configured List Bundle in Treasury workspace when open interaction from that list I am getting below error.

 

Unable to identify source of the Read operation on scope 'Financial Services Treasury Operations'

 

Any Solutions are much appreciated thank you
