Getting error string "User did not press the Send button in Email Client"

Hello,

I am trying to send notification using client template and in emails logs, state is coming as "Sent ignore". In error string, I am getting message saying "User did not press the Send button in Email Client". Also, no error logs are coming. Please help

Hi Hareesh,

Yes, did not do anything specifically. It resolved by itself after 24 hours of the issue. Seems like discarded emails cause these type of issues. If a person has opened email and left it in draft , closed it without actually sending the email. Al the other emails updates will have this issue of not getting sent or updating. After a day of waiting the issue resolved itself, assuming the draft email was session timed out.

I had the same problem and found a simple solution. (Sometimes programming bugs are the simplest one *palm hit face moment*)

My background is that I used Studio to create a custom table and form etc. I created a UI Action to open the Email Client.
