Getting error with Look Up List Items action in flow designer of Microsoft SharePoint spoke

I have used Get Site and Get list actions from the actions provided by the SharePoint spoke. With both actions being able to get the output successfully. But when I use the Look Up List Items In A List action am getting an error as Incorrectly formatted request always which is as below. 

I have given the inputs for Look Up List Items In A List action as below. Can anyone please help me how to resolve this issue
