Getting notification for many incidents which were not recently updated (they are resolved or closed

Hi Team , 

 

can any one please help me on this issue?

 

I received notification for many incidents which were not recently updated (they are resolved or closed) .

 

I checked in email logs also , email didn't triggered , then how user is getting notifications from that notification icon .

Please help me with torubleshoot steps .

Definitely something is updating the records from backend.

Did you check the history calendar for few of the incidents? it shows who updated? system or some other user

i have checked all the notifications , history not able to find the solution .

did you check in audit table the incident got resolved/closed with which user?

is it system?

the timestamps for all those are same? if yes then some scheduled job might be doing that.
