Hello All,

I am getting following error for the custom Dashboard. I have added interactive filters in it after which I am facing this issue for all the users.

"You do not have access to the selected breakdown elements".

Can someone please help me resolving this issue.

Hi Nikita,

We are not using ITBM so I can't get into those particulars.  It sounds like there may be some additional controls/limitations built into those areas that you are trying to expose.  Check with your support team if they are aware of any such restrictions.

That's true, but the report is not populating correct data for anyone.

I am creating new reports as of now as there is no solution found for the same. 😞
