Getting the error on service portal when creating record for regress ATF

when creating the record on the portal and starting recording the regress it is giving this error and recording is not starting specially on the portal side

The error you are getting is related to some issues with the ATF client-side scripts, particularly when working with variables, UI policies, or catalog items during the test execution.

You can review the custom script related to catalog item like BR, UI policy, client script.

Check all the variables are available in your test. If ATF is trying to access a variable that hasn't been initialized, you could get this error.
