Getting the following error in flow: Source descriptor is empty while recording access for table sn_si_task

I am currently trying to create a record in a table through a flow. However, I get the error mentioned in the title.

The flow is in a scope called: Security Operations Spoke.

The table is in the scope: 

I have already created Restricted Caller Access Privileges and Cross scope privileges in all possible manner, including the global scope. But I still keep getting the error.
