Hi,
I want to check if setting the field "When to send (days)" to 0 means the notification reminder will be sent on the due date. My requirement is to send a reminder email 3 days after the HR Task has been created. So, my configuration looks like the following.
HR Template
HR Task

what I am saying is reminder is sent before the date is reached and after the date usually it's escalation

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar
Thanks for your reply.
How should I approach this? What if I set a longer due date, for instance 6 days, and adjust the "When to send (days)" to 3 days? This means reminder will be sent 3 days after HR Task creation (based on my configuration).
Is this solution acceptable, or is there a better way?
