Getting transaction cancelled error while trying to open a report

When user is opening  a report he is getting transaction cancelled error as attached. Around 60 records qualify the query condition used there and report has 50 columns selected. 

I have asked the user to reduce the number of columns selected but the issue is still the same with 20 columns.

Hello,

Please check if the user has correct access to the report like the table and all fields.

If you are the admin check if you are able to load the same record.

Also please try to check if the issue is for specific user or other users as well. If it is for specific user it can be as mentioned role issue or browser issue.

Once we have above information then we can plan ahead.
