Give a basic user access to only the report application

Is there an easy way to give a basic user access to only the report application? They will only need to see tickets off incident table. I could give them ITIL role but then they will have Incident Application which I don't want these users to have. I just want them to view reports. Thanks in advance!

Hi Adam,

It is better to create a Custom role and grant that role access to the Reporting application.

You will still need to give Report/Read access for that role on the Tables where you want your Users to have reporting access, in this case the Incident table.

Finally, add this role to the Users.

By giving a user report_admin role, does it cost me? should i need to buy   any license for this?

report_admin is an analyst role. It will consume a license.
