GlideList add/remove multiple

Is anyone else experiencing missing function on glidelist?  THere used to be a add/remove multiple on available glidelist functions

BUt now it is missing, across all of these field types in all of our instances?  

Is this a configuration that was and can be changed? If so, any thoughts?
