Global Search is not showing for a single user

Hi
In NextExperience UI, user's search options are limited to CSM/FSM workspace not allowing user to switch to global. In dev and test instances, user can do this fine. Other users with non admin access can also change the search context and multiple experiences are enabled as well
Can you please help what could restrict this functionality for a single user?

Is there a difference in roles for the user, or is the search config setup differently?
